Thoughts & Observations From Day 1 of the Hard In The Paint 2025 Showcase at Maynard Jackson HS

To cap off feast week in Georgia, the Hard In the Paint event at Maynard Jackson took place and showcased several top ten matchups from across all of Georgia under one roof and several division one level talented players to go along with that.  There were some intriguing matchups that led to some close finishes and even an overtime game that took us past 11 pm on Friday night.  While the temperatures were cooling down outside, the temperatures were heating up inside as the talent showed up and showed out.  To read about who played well and stood out, read below for a recap and all-showcase team from Friday.

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 Powder Springs Showcase at Hillgrove HS

This past weekend was the Powder Springs Showcase at Hillgrove High School in Georgia.  This event featured 12 teams who were all ranked in their respective classification’s Top 25 based on the most recent Swish Scouting & BTS Report rankings in Georgia.  There were several close games for the day, a 40 point individual performance, and plenty of division one level talent in the gym.  To read about who played well and made a name for themselves after the weekend, read below to see a recap of the action from The Grove.

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 SWD SHOWDOWN at Southwest Dekalb HS

The first weekend of the season is an exciting time of the year, a chance to start fresh, a team has everything to play for, and of course, fantastic showcases to see teams giving it their all the first weekend.  The annual SW Dekalb Showdown to tipoff the season took place again at Southwest Dekalb High School, and as always, it did not disappoint.  An event that featured nine Top 25 teams in their respective classifications, there was no shortage of college level talent in the building in the Panther’s Den that had two buzzer beater shots for wins and seven games of jam packed action.  Read below to see a recap of the day.

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 Adidas Legacy Preseason Showcase at Southwest Dekalb

November 1st was the Adidas Legacy Preseason Showcase event that featured 8 schools’ boys and girls programs.  There were four boys games and four girls games at Southwest Dekalb that tipped off the day with Stone Mountain versus McNair, and went all day and ending with a thriller between Southwest Dekalb and Cedar Grove that went on into the Dekalb, Georgia night past 11 and ending in dramatic fashion.  To read more about all eight teams, and who made the All-Showcase team, read below for more information and details!

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 SWISH Scouting Georgia Top 100 Camp at McDonough High School in McDonough, GA

October 11th was the Swish Scouting Georgia Top 100 Camp at McDonough High School in McDonough, Georgia.  103 of the state's hottest prospects from all classes who stood out from the Georgia June Swish Summer Circuit were invited to come participate in this one day showcase camp.  In a camp that featured over 100 guys who more than likely will all play at some level of college basketball after their prep careers are over, the competition level was high, size all over the place, and tons of breakout performers.  To see who was the best of the best at this exclusive camp, read below to see who brought it to Georgia Top 100 Camp this year:

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 Georgia JUCO Practice Day at South Georgia Tech

This past Saturday in Americus, Georgia, the Georgia JUCO Practice Day event took place representing NJCAA Region 17.  Nine teams participated in the event taking advantage of the opportunity to showcase their talent in from of a good number of college coaches from across the region from the four year NCAA level.  In a league that has a lot of new faces this year, there was no shortage of talent on display from across the globe and should make for a very exciting league race this year to see who will represent the region at Hutch this year in the NJCAA National Championship tournament.  To see the breakdown for each team, read below to see more….

Top Returning Players From D1 Regions 18-24 of JUCO......

Thoughts & Observations From The 2025 Underrated Hoops Elite 30 Showcase in Norcross, Georgia

This past Saturday in Norcross, Georgia the Underrated Hoops Elite 30 showcase was held at the Best Friends Park Gymnasium, and there was no shortage of local talent on hand.  While there were some familiar names in the gym showing up and showing out, there was a handful of new players in the gym as well who showed that they got game and are worthy of college looks themselves too.  In an event that had a ton of really notable length, shooting, and all around athletes, this was an event that lived up to the expectations and didn’t disappoint.  To read about the top performers from the day, read below to see who brought their A game on Saturday……
